Yes. Most of our loose diamonds and selected fine jewelry pieces are accompanied by an independent grading report issued by a recognized gemological laboratory, where applicable. For other jewelry collections, including our 18K gold-plated pieces, certificates are generally not included. Product descriptions will clearly indicate when a grading certificate is provided. If included, the original certificate will be delivered with your order and should be retained, as it must be returned with any eligible return.

Yes. We offer customization services for selected jewelry pieces, including ring sizing, engraving, and other personalized options where available. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time before shipment.
