An order placed on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other lawful reason.
An order confirmation email does not constitute formal acceptance of your order and does not guarantee shipment.

All orders are shipped with tracking and 100% insurance coverage while in transit. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier or signed for at the designated delivery address.
Eternal Jewels is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery has been confirmed by carrier tracking. If a package is lost or damaged before confirmed delivery, please contact us immediately and we will handle the carrier insurance investigation.
International orders originating from Hong Kong SAR may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, carrier charges, or other local fees determined by the destination country or region.
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices unless stated at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or fees, all return shipping costs, carrier charges, and duties incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from delivery day. Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original pristine condition with all luxury packaging, security tags intact, grading certificates, and accompanying materials.
Custom-made, custom-sized, engraved, altered, specially ordered, or personalized jewelry pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Removal of or tampering with the attached security tag voids eligibility for return. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Selected Eternal Jewels pieces include laboratory-grown diamond certificates or grading reports issued by independent gemological laboratories (such as IGI or GIA).
These certificates are unique assets and must be included in original condition with any approved return. If a grading certificate is missing or damaged upon return, a replacement fee of $150 USD (or $1,200 HKD) will be deducted from your final refund to cover laboratory re-certification costs.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, all diamonds used in Eternal Jewels jewelry are laboratory-grown diamonds and ARE NOT natural or mined diamonds.
We make every effort to display products accurately, including their size, color, finish, and appearance. However, actual colors may vary depending on screen settings. For gemstones and precious metals, slight variations in measurements, carat weight, and grading may occur within accepted industry tolerances.
To maintain fair pricing and high inventory availability for all clients, Eternal Jewels does not support comparison purchasing (ordering multiple similar items or stone sizes with the intention of returning unwanted items).
